

Personalized Nutrition Program - Package of 4 Sessions
Session 1 (1.5-2 hrs): Nutritional Assessment & Health Intake
For the first initial session, the client is asked to bring a one-week food log. Current dietary habits, lifestyle and health status, along with any current symptoms are assessed. Taken into consideration are the clients main health concerns and complaints as well as personal goals that clients would like to achieve. A personalized program will be put together based on the information gathered in that session.
Session 2 (1.5 -2 hrs): Program
In the second session, the client receives their personalized program and is taken through it step-by-step. By helping the client understand what is happening within the body (physical and emotional), it allows to better understand and implement changes that need to be made towards vibrant health.
Follow-ups (45 min): Session 3, 4 and on
In order to continue on a path of new health and follow through with the lifestyle changes made, it is important to maintain consistency and guidance during this transformation. The third session is the first follow up that will assess the progress of the clients program and make any necessary adjustments. The fourth session will assess adjustments made from session three and further fine-tune any recommendations. Clients may wish to come for follow-ups after their fourth session for further motivation and inspiration and to continue on their holistic path.
Single Nutritional Session
This single session is for clients who have specific health topics of interest they would like to cover, from quick healthy meal options, supplementation, healthy travel tips and more.
Reiki
A Reiki session lasts approximately 1 hour long. Be sure to wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing to ensure comfort while lying on the massage table.

This home visit is a great way to get your kitchen ready and prepped for healthy meal making. Get organized and learn to understand how to read the food labels currently sitting in your cupboards that may not be benefiting your overall health and receive recommendations for alternative foods and how to get your kitchen organized. This is the first step to help you get stocked up on the healthiest whole foods and help to promote the best food choices that will nutrify your body.
Grocery Store Tour
Andreja will guide you through the grocery store, to help you pick foods that are most optimal for your health. Whether it's the grocery store, health food store or your local market, you will be introduced to new foods, how to read food labels and the best foods to choose according to your personal needs and goals.
Menu Planning
Andreja will provide you with a menu plan, recipes and a grocery list that will address your personal dietary needs and get you started on your journey to vibrant health.
