About Me!

Andreja has been passionate about living a holistic lifestyle, and it has inspired her to help others in search of living their most healthy, and joyous life! She is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner, and STOTT TM Pilates Lead Instructor Trainer. She is also trained in Thai Massage.


Andreja received her designation as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre-Dance from Ryerson University. Andreja danced professionally before receiving her Full Certification as a Pilates Instructor from STOTT TM Pilates. She then became an Instructor Trainer, teaching education, workshops, and mentoring students and new Instructor Trainers for STOTT TM Pilates Head Office in Toronto and Internationally. She is grateful to have had the opportunity of traveling to teach around the globe including South America, the U.S, and across Canada. She can also be seen featured in the STOTT TM Pilates educational and fitness videos.


Andreja's lifelong passion for holistic living and her own journey with mind-body exercise, energy work and eating a plant-based whole foods diet has inspired her as a nutritionist to share the wealth of information, and she is passionate about helping others create and cultivate a way of living that is healthy and balanced to help heal body, mind, and spirit.


Philosophy and Approach

Food is the most important ingredient in determining the state of our health. Our overall well-being depends on the food choices we make daily. It is a very personal matter, and we all have a different relationship with food and what we choose to eat. Certain habits that we have created can be related to the relationship we have developed with food. It is equally important to recognize that our emotional and mental state play a role in the foods we choose to eat, how we eat them and the impact it has on digestion, our overall health and well-being, and the environment.


I am enthusiastic about counseling and educating clients on their own individual journey towards health, and guiding each person in deepening their awareness to integrate conscious food choices through food transitioning and making dietary changes by implementing a whole foods diet.


By using food as medicine as a means to deliver proper nutrients that fuel and nourish the body, in combination with understanding the physical and emotional connection to food, as well as implementing lifestyle recommendations that include activity, balance, and relaxation, this will allow each client to experience positive, lifelong changes to feel empowered and confident to achieve optimal health.


It is my passion to share the information about living a healthy lifestyle through nutrition, Reiki, meditation, and Pilates, to help clients achieve physical, spiritual, and planetary health!
